Our grandpa unleashed a culinary spectacle that could make your taste buds dance—the birth of a sizzling meat smokehouse! The mission? Spread joy and flavor across the community with their mouthwatering eats. Little did we foresee that a ‘90s civil war would whisk us away from our birthplace, leaving behind the fabled smokehouse and dropping us into the realm of boundless opportunities near the towering skyscrapers of NYC.
Fast forward to 2005
Fast forward to 2005, and the stork delivered our first-born, Ariella! Despite her initial picky eaters’ vibes, Ari quickly succumbed to the allure of Grandpa's smoked meats during the holidays.
A heartwarming tradition was born, and Ari became the official spice-crust connoisseur, snagging the coveted corners of the turkey loin fresh out of the smoker!

Then, in 2013, our little daredevil Chais entered the scene, with flair
Chais wasn't your ordinary kiddo—more like the "Anaphylactic Allergy Champ" for eggs and dairy. Imagine the hurdles, especially when our little guy was on a mission to conquer the kingdoms of meats, fish, pasta, and anything that made our taste buds tingle. Unlike his sister, Chais was up for trying anything, no holds barred! Growing up with food allergies meant navigating a labyrinth of snacks, lunches, and celebrations for Chais. Trips with friends became a rollercoaster of cancellations—both near and far. But hold tight! Grandpa, armed with his legendary "smokin' skills," kept the carnivorous adventures alive. Playdates, school lunches, impromptu outings, and now even Ari's college roommates? All taken care of!
Dinner invites morphed into requests for "that smoked delectable stuff."
As our family expanded and Chais's squad grew, magic unfolded. No more settling for routine snacks—Chais's baguette wonders, packed with Grandpa's smoked miracles, became a sensation. Grandpa, the serial entrepreneur, teamed up with Grandma, the guardian of the original recipe, diving back into the culinary scene. This dynamic duo, a blend of go-getter and recipe guardian, was pulled out of retirement by us and our friends. Dinner invites morphed into requests for "that smoked delectable stuff."
